According to Frank: Michelle is a three time cancer survivor who has probably faced death more often that some of our troops in the Middle East. And that with a smile on her face. She is now struggling to finish her studies at Evergreen College so she can transfer to university. This young lady is an inspiration to all who know her and deserves recognition for what she had done for herself and the community.
