Proposed new K-5 school

Below is a recent notice sent to some residents regarding the proposed construction of a new K-5 elementary school to be located at 2962 Story Road, at the corner of Lyndale Ave and Story Road in the parking lot of the Alum Rock Christian Church.  Per the first notice below, the Planning Commission will consider the proposed Conditional Use Permit on 5/8/13 at 630 p.m. The Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration noted in the second notice is part of the Planning Commission’s process and is contingent upon approval of the Conditional Use Permit. If the Conditional Use Permit is denied, the Mitigated Negative Declaration will not be adopted.
